1. Is this school governed by the DPS Society?

DPS Dwarka Expressway, Sector 102A, 103 Gurugram, is under the aegis of DPS society, New Delhi. We are honoured to have Dr. Kiran Datar, DPS Society as the Chairperson of our Managing Committee.

4. What is the admission criteria?

Admission is granted on First Come First Serve basis, till the availability of seats. Meeting will be scheduled with the admission counsellor only after prior appointment. Academic Transcripts of the previous 2 classes attended by the student must accompany the application form.
5. What are the school timings?

We have different school timings for summers and winters.

SUMMER:
Nursery -U.K.G- 7.50 am to 12.10 pm
I - XII -7.50 am to 2.20 pm

WINTER:
Nursery - U.K.G - 8.20 am to 12.30 pm
I - XII - 8.20 am to 2.50 pm
6. What is the process for final admission and mode of payment?
At the time of admission the parents have to bring the requisite documents and pay the admission fees along with the first quarter fees. Thereafter, fees can also be paid online. The payment schedule is mentioned below for your reference. The Fee for the remaining three quarters is payable as follows:

SECOND QUARTER: 1st July-10th July.

THIRD QUARTER: 1st October -10th October.

FOURTH QUARTER: 1st January-10th January.
7. What are the formalities for admission in the middle of the session?

If the parent has transferred from another state or country, he/she has to provide the original mark sheet/report card and Transfer Certificate from the previous school before taking admission. The Transfer Certificate has to be attested by the concerned Educational Board Authorities.
8. Are there any additional fees to be paid, which are not mentioned in the admission criteria?

Our fee structure is transparent; no additional fee is required to be paid throughout the year other than the stated fees (Quarterly Fees), except for any voluntary activities such as school trips & camps.
