With Diwali round the corner, DPS, Dwarka Expressway, Sec 102A, Gurugram geared up to conduct an array of activities to celebrate the festival on 3rd and 5th November 2018. Our Dipsites celebrated the festival with full devotion, enthusiasm, and excitement. They decorated their classes, enjoyed craft activities and added charm & religious fervor to the atmosphere with their colourful ethnic dresses. The day began with a special assembly conducted by grade 5 students. Assembly included a group song, a  Bharatanatyam dance performance and a role play to create awareness regarding eco-friendly Diwali celebration. Students spoke slogans like Happy Green Diwali, Say No to Crackers and Stay Healthy & Safe. The vivacious celebration of Diwali was concluded with a dance activity for all the grades which created fun and frolic atmosphere in the school.
